In this paper, we study the existence and multiplicity of positive periodic and subharmonic solutions of second order singulardifferential equations with impulsive effects. The proof is based on a generalized version of the  Poincar\'{e}-Birkhoff twist theorem due to Ding and some phase plane analysis methods.
