Approximation of sets defined by polynomials with holomorphic coefficients

Let X be an analytic set defined by polynomials whose coefficients a,...,as are holomorphic functions. We formulate conditions on sequences a1,ν,...,as,ν of holomorphic functions converging locally uniformly to a,...,as, respectively, such that the sequence Xν of sets obtained by replacing aj’s by aj,ν’s in the polynomials converges to X.
