Abstract. The study of regular rings relative to right ideal has raised new questions for research as that annihilator and potent rings relative to right ideal. This paper is a continuation of study of regulare rings relative to right ideal. New results obtained include necessary and sufficient conditions for a ring to be regular (potent) relative to right ideal.
