We will construct monotone Lagrangian submanifolds of a well-known finite ramified covering of the moduli space of flat connections on a nontrivial $SO(3)$-bundle over a closed oriented surface. Moreover we will give some examples of the Floer cohomology group of Lagrangian submanifolds.
