We consider a generalization of Calabi-Yau structures in the
context of Sasakian manifolds. We study deformations of a
special class of Legendrian submanifolds and classify invariant
contact Calabi-Yau structures on 5-dimensional nilmanifolds.
Finally we generalize to codimension $r$.
