Confidence Interval of Preassigned Length for the Behrens-Fisher Problem

It is shown that by drawing multiple samples from $N(\mu_i, \sigma^2_i) = 1, 2)$ it is possible to have confidence interval of preassigned length for the Behrens-Fisher problem.
