On the Convergence of the Empiric Age Distribution for One Dimensional Supercritical Age Dependent Branching Processes

The age distribution for the supercritical age dependent branching processes is shown to converge on the set of nonextinction to a particular distribution function if the offspring distribution $\{p_j\}$ satisfies $1 < \Sigma jp_j < \infty$.
