In this survey we collect several results concerning S-type bifurcation curves for the number of solutions of reaction-diffusion stationary equations. In particular, we recall several results in the literature for the case of stationary energy balance models.
Presentamos algunos resultados relativos a curvas de bifurcación de tipo S en el número de soluciones de ecuaciones estacionarias de tipo reacción-difusión. Un mayor énfasis es hecho sobre los resultados en la literatura para el caso de modelos climáticos estacionarios de balance de energía.
