A Gamma Hierarchical Model is used for the Bayesian Analysis of Survival Data with covariates. We center our interest on the comparison of two groups of individuals using Monte-Carlo methods. Concretely, we use the Gibbs sampling to obtain a sample from the posterior distribution. The paper ends with the analysis of two data sets, one of them simulated and the other real.
