The free boundary Schur process and applications (extended abstract)

We study the Schur process with two free boundaries, a generalization of the original Schur process of Okounkov and Reshetikhin. We compute its correlation functions for arbitrary specializations and apply the result to the asymptotics of symmetric last passage percolation models, symmetric plane partitions and plane overpartitions. This is (with minor modifications) an extended abstract accepted for the proceedings of FPSAC 2017.
