The coefficients of the Drinfeld associator are known to satisfytwo kind of shuffle relations. The first relations come from theformula for themultiplication of iterated integrals. The second ones comefrom the multipli-cation of multi zeta functions. Our aim is to study the analogous relations forthe Ihara-Drinfeld element describing the action of the Galois group on the ́etale fundamental group ofP ̄Q\{0,1,∞}
