Distributed and initial control of semilinear, parabolic systems

We are studying an optimal control problem where the control is a distributed one, the state equations are semilinear partial differential equations and the initial data is unknown. We consider this data as an initial control and first give some general existence results for the optimal control problem. Then, we derive optimality conditions via a penalization method and give some examples
