Fractional integral operators on Bp,λ with Morrey-Campanato norms

We introduce function spaces Bp,λ with Morrey-Campanato norms, which unify Bp,λ, CMOp,λ and Morrey-Campanato spaces, and prove the boundedness of the fractional integral operator Iα on these spaces.
