Complexes between pyridoxal-5'-phosphate and different aminocompounds, some of which psychodrugs, have been studied. The variations in the U.V. spectrum of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate are indicated and discussed. The equilibrium constants and the ΔG° of the reactions have been calculated and the kinetics of reactions has been followed. Except for nor-adrenaline and spermine, the behaviour of the aminocompounds is quite similar. Some biological implications are shown.
