Dans Bernard & Charron (1996), nous avons proposé une nouvelle méthode, l'Analyse Implicative Bayésienne (AIB), pour l'étude des dépendances orientées entre deux variables binaires, méthode qui permet de conclure en terme de quasi-implication entre modalités des variables. Nous étendons ici cette méthode au cas d'un tableau de contingence A × B quelconque avec le problème de la mesure du degré de quasi-adéquation des données à un modèle logique donné. Au niveau descriptif, la méthode repose sur l'indice «Del», proposé par Hildebrand et al. (1977), qui généralise l'indice H de Loevinger. L'étape inductive est ici aussi envisagée dans le cadre bayésien.

In Bernard & Charron (1996) we proposed a new method, the Bayesian Implicative Analysis, for the study of oriented dependencies between two binary variables, method which enables to conclude in terms of quasi-implication between modalities of the variables. In this article, we extend the method to the general case of an A × B contingency table, with the problem of measuring the degree of quasi-conformity of the data to a given logical model. At the descriptive level, the method is based on the “Del” index, proposed by Hildebrand et al. (1977), which generalises Loevinger's index H. Here again, the inductive step is envisaged within the Bayesian framework.
