In the paper [7], Z. Zahorski designed a way of constructingthe real semi-continuous functions. %During this session, in the presentedThroughout the present paper,  it is shown that a modification of  Zahorski's approach isusefull for approximation of a Baire one function by a Darboux Baire one function.
