Let $(\bar{M},\bar{g})$ be a semi-Riemannain manifold and (M, g, S (TM), S (TM⊥)) be its lightlike submanifold. We show that if $\bar{M}$ satisfies the axiom of r-planes & spheres then it is a real space form.
