Basic questions concerning nonsingular multilinear operators with oscillatory factors are posed and partially answered. $L^p$ norm inequalities are established for multilinear integral operators of Calderón-Zygmund type which incorporate oscillatory factors $e^{iP}$ , where $P$ is a real-valued polynomial
